Grifols Diagnostic division is committed to sponsoring research from organizations and institutions that are focused on strengthening understanding and delivery of transfusion medicine and clinical diagnostics. Research in our areas of interest will not only advance science and technology but lead to improved medications and medical devices that ultimately support Grifols mission to further the health and well being of people around the world. In advancing this mission, Grifols supports research focused in transfusion medicine (donor screening, blood typing, blood collection) and clinical diagnostics in drug monitoring, as well as infectious and autoimmune disease.

Research funds are awarded to principal investigators and institutions solely based on the scientific merit of their proposal as well as their alignment with Grifols research interests.

The scope of ISR funding comprises support of research proposals that may but are not required to include Grifols Diagnostic products. Our selection process focuses solely on strategic alignment and scientific merit, with an emphasis on young investigators.

How do I submit my research proposal?

In order to submit your research proposal, please submit a short concept via the concept submission form . Please submit your completed concept submission form to GrifolsISR@grifols.com . A multi-disciplinary internal review committee will evaluate your proposal based on its scientific merit and strategic alignment with our areas of interest. If your concept has been accepted, you will be contacted in order to submit your full proposal.
